    Do you have a catalog?

    A:

    No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from. Plus, with all the styles that we carry, a catalog would be as big as a phone book! If there is a particular shoe or style of shoe that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you locate it.

    Is there a minimum order amount?

    No, there is no minimum Order requirements. Ewocool.com offers free shipping if your order is over $199.

    The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

    A:

    Ewocool.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Ewocool.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will not be shipped unless a replacement item is requested.

Shipping

    How much does shipping cost?

    Standard shipping fee is $20. Ewocool.com offers free shipping if your order is over $199.

    How does the shipment work?

    A:

    Ewocool.com ships the package via EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and UPS. You are responsible to provide a full valid address for delivery. Once we ship out the products, we will provide you the tracking # for you to track the delivery of your order.

    When will my order arrive?

    It normally takes about 5-8 business days for you to receive the products. Sometimes tracking information are not shown immediately on shipping companies' websites. Please allow at least 48 - 96 hours for the information is posted on the websites.

Returns

    I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

    A:

    If you are not satisfied with our products, you can ship them back. And Ewocool.com refund you as you account credit in your future orders. Please make sure the product is unworn and in its original packaging condition. When returning your product, please write down the item code (same as on our website) and your email address and put it in the parcel to facilitate the refund process.

    How long does it take for me to get a refund?
